Whether it's a soothing massage, rejuvenating Yoga session, or a calming Reiki treatment, an oasis of relaxation is brought right to your doorstep. Sessions may be held in a corporate setting as well, based on individual needs. Each therapeutic session, no matter the service selected, will be bookended with approximately 10 minutes of discussion before and after the session, so that you feel completely comfortable, and I am well informed on the beautiful human I am caring for.

I am a graduate of River City School of Massage Therapy, Unbound Collective School of Yoga and Wellness, and a certified Usui Reiki practitioner. Trained in a range of techniques to stimulate the natural healing processes of the body, mind and spirit, I continue to enrich my knowledge by studying and integrating different modalities and philosophies of health, energy and healing.
